[FM] INDY folk artists

As Managing Editor of Performing Songwriter magazine, I am working now
on our yearly Salute to the Indies issue. In which we will feature at
least ten Indy artists who deserve attention.

So I am inviting all astute and generous lovers of folk music to please
let me know who you consider most deserving of this honor. Which Indy
artists are the best? Who should we be covering? Artists on big labels
have publicists always pitching them to us. But we want to know about
those artists who don't have publicists pitching. So please pitch for
them !
