We are excited to welcome Karen Savoca and Pete Heitzman back to Fox Run -
as many of you have requested!! They have been playing much larger venues
(like 12,000 on the Falcon Ridge main stage) the past two years, so we are
flattered that they are performing here!

Unique and engaging, Karen Savoca has always known what she wanted to
do. As a girl growing up in northern New Jersey, she dreamed of being a
singer... "Hers is a voice that can move cold stone". Her songs are "a
blend of the personal and the universal", from haunting ballads to slippery
funk. While attending Syracuse University she met guitarist Pete Heitzman
and found the partner she'd been looking for. They perform with "the
fearlessness of a high wire act working without a net." They live in an
old renovated church in upstate New York where they've recorded four
critically acclaimed CDs: Here We Go, Sunday In Nandua, On The River Road
and Walkin' The Bridge.

"If she were a Native American, her name would be Sings Like Two Birds" -
Greg Brown
