[FM] SongLand Workshop, NERFA '99

[New Middle Class]

A summary of SongLand's NERFA 1999 songwriting workshop, "Now What?  What do
we do when stuck while writing songs?", has just been posted on

Workshop").  The posting includes an outline of the presentation, as well as
some of the song ideas and materials generated by the workshop attendees.

SongLand consists of Dan Pelletier, New Middle Class and Joe Giacoio.

But why post last year's results NOW?, you may ask.  Well, the logical time
would have been last year, after the conference, but this list was having
distribution problems at the time.  Now, people's thoughts are turning to
the Poconos once again, so this seems like a good time.

Plus - this year, SongLand will be facilitating a similar but different
songwriting workshop: "Writing Inside/Out", on Sunday at 11:15 AM.  This
material can serve as a sneak preview, for those who might be interested in
attending.
