[FM] Fiddle & Stephen Fosters Music Festivals

We are thinking of doing either a Fiddle contest festival or a Stephen 
Foster Festival next year. I am leaning towards a Stephen Foster 
festival.  I need some feed back from list members as to dates of present 
festivals and who we may contact from those festivals for information.   I 
would include any traditional music festivals in this list.  Also any 
pertinent information would also be appreciated.

The west coast dates are essential as we may be doing this festival at the 
California State Gold Discovery Park in Coloma California.
