[FM] Dave Carter's Song for Al Grierson

Dave Carter wrote a song for Al that, thankfully, we got to play for Al in
the echoey halls of a Cleveland hotel at Folk Alliance last year.  Inspired
by Al's relationship to the goddess, it's the tale of Hades and Persephone
set in 19th C. America, called "Girl from Golden."  You can't hear it
online, but you can hear it an upcoming show, as we have dedicated our
seven-week tour to our fallen friend:
