I'll certainly put in a plug for Grassy Hill Radio at 
http://radio.grassyhill.org - it streams 56K Shoutcast MP3.  (You need 
faster than a dialup modem connection to hear it: DSL, Cable, ISDN, or 
office/school/lab connection.)  We have a playlist of about 1500 songs 
(over 4 days long) at present, which we expect to at least double 
(suggestions and submissions welcome).  We think we have the best all-folk 
stream out there, and our listeners appear to agree so far.  tmn
